This schemes is compatible with Kaleidoscope 1.5x thru 1.7x, but unfortunately cannot be used with either the Doublescroll or SmartScroll control panels. It won't crash or anything, it just doesn't look 100% right due to the limitations of the "fluid" scrollbar architecture.
Albino soft is, of course, freeware. Or rather, emailware...send me a note if you like it.
The idea behind it is to create a 3D illusion using only white, and very pale greys. The result is a "soft", pillowy scheme which is quite dramatic visually. I'm not too sure about how MacOS 8 List views with their grey stripes look, as I'm pretty unimpressed with OS8, and I'm waiting for 8.01...however it looks good with earlier systems. I recommend that you use the default white window background for a better 3D effect

Black and white is supported, but looks pretty naff.
As usual in my schemes, buttons and checkboxes are recessed.
Albino Soft is a "heavy" scheme with a full set of custom icons.
